Booking a villa is simple

If you don't have an e-mail address. Then just use our Enquiry Form using the dummy e-mail address on the form and fill in all the address and telephone number fields
OR
Choose your preferred dates then e-mail us to see if the dates are available. We will then either confirm the availability or offer you alternative dates.
If you are happy with the dates then we will send you a booking form to complete (US and other countries email arrangements are satisfactory) which you return to us with a deposit of £150 ( $225 ) per week booked. We will hold the villa for you for 7 days to enable you to send us the deposit payment.
The balance is due 10 weeks before your arrival at the villa. In order to keep our costs as low as possible we do not use Credit or Debit cards facilities.
Payment by Cheque is our preferred method.

Our villas have a digital lock to enter the villa. This is just a 4 digit number to remember.
There is also a burglar alarm armed by the same number. If activated then in addition to a loud alarm the Police are automatically alerted who will shortly arrive to investigate.
When you have paid the balance you will be entitled to the villa specific address and the digital door key code.
We do not normally issue this until 2 weeks prior to your arrival. This is so you will pack it away at the time of your vacation preparation and not lose it.
